What was the innovation within your project which made you win the award? How did this contribute to your client's success?
Jonathan Raemdonck "Our platform is fueled by visibility and driven by automation. But our main goal is to make your people smile. Why? Because supply chains are run by people, and logistics technology is all about making logistics people's lives easier. We want your people to thrive at what they do, because this leads to increased efficiency, cost reductions, improved logistics service and a better customer experience.
Our Transportation Process Automation (TPA) takes the robot out of the human. By automating all your boring, manual tasks, you free up people for higher-value work. As a result, they can focus on exceptions only.
Currently, numerous leaders in the industry - including Sony, TVH, DHL, Duracell, and Atlas Copco - are relying on SupplyStack's TMS apps to manage their logistics and transportation flows on a daily basis.
One of the main innovations that we believe helped us win the award is the fact that our solution creates a holistic overview of the logistics operations of Sony Interactive Entertainment. Using our TMS+ Control Tower they now have one single interface for people to manage and monitor their transportation flows instead of having to check numerous systems. This is crucial as logistics has really become a game of exceptions, where the logistics infrastructure has become unpredictable and expensive to operate."
In your opinion how is the award supporting the developments of logistics in the CEE region?
Jonathan Raemdonck "Playstation is a great product, being sold across the world. However, each continent and region has its own specificities and nuances. Using our TMS+ Control Tower, you can adapt your transportation flows and processes to act locally in the most optimal way."
From your perspective, which are the biggest challenges in the logistics field the CEE region is facing? How are you supporting your clients to overcome them?
Jonathan Raemdonck "CEE is facing the same challenges as other regions are facing, the unpredictability, volatility and ever-changing logistics challenges we are seeing on a daily basis. And CEE plays an increasingly important role in EU logistics as shippers often centralize their logistics teams here. But people are struggling because they don' have the toolset available to combat the daily challenges. Our TMS+ Control Tower gives them the tools they need, making their lives easier. Instead of wasting up to 25% of their time searching for information, we present them with the right information, at the right time, to the right people."
How do you think the recognition is helping you to raise your brand awareness further?
Jonathan Raemdonck "Logistics and supply chain in general is having its moment, and it's a very exciting time to be in the world of logistics technology. We truly believe that supply chain are still run by people and technology is logistics is all about making people's lives easier. The more you can automate the manual, boring tasks, the more time logistics teams can focus on strategic tasks and the overall logistics service."
